Practicing the Presence of God
Acts 17:28 For in him I Live, and I Move, and I have my Being; (Exist).
Psalms 27:4 The one thing I ask of the Lord— the one thing I seek most (my soul #1 desire)— is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, (live in his presence).
The Presence of God = Success
John 16:12-13 Howbeit when the Spirit of Truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. (Divine Direction for your future)
A man without the Presence of the Holy Spirit (clear divine directions) is uncertain about his future, for he is like an airplane without a pilot, or a ship without a captain, lost at sea. A man walking in darkness, without a sense of direction.
You can be certain that your future is bright and prosperous. Life doesn't have to be mysterious anymore because the Holy Spirit has come to guide you and bring the future into your present. (The Holy Spirit gives Revelation and Knowledge)
John 15:13-20 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father, I have made known to you. 16You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit—fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.
I Thessalonians 4:8 Therefore, anyone who refuses to live by these rules (God’s Word) is not disobeying human teaching but is rejecting God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you. (Stop rejecting the Man of God, when he teaches the Word of God).
Many believers have searched high and low for answers to their problems, never at the feet of God. They have asked pastors, counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and self-help books. They have been to seminars, workshops, retreats and advances. All the time the answer has been waiting for them - waiting in the presence of God.
How to dwell in the Presence of God:
#1 Reading and Meditating on His Word. You may be thinking, How can I dwell in God presence by reading the Bible?
Look at John 1:1: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." God and His Word are inseparable.
Psalms 1:2 But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
#2 Spending time in Prayer, particularly when you pray God's Word., back to him. Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shall meditate therein day and night, or then thou shall make thy way prosperous, and then thou shall have good success.
Amen,
